Princess Anino Ajuebitsi Iyonsi is the pioneer and visionary founder of Advanced Delta, an inspired global network and database established to unite, empower and champion Delta State indigenes, scholars, professionals and stakeholders across continents.
A proud Itsekiri native of Ogidigben, Ugborodo Community, Warri South-West Local Government Area of Delta State, Princess Anino combines a deep appreciation for her cultural heritage with a modern, forward-thinking global outlook. Through Advanced Delta, she seeks to build enduring bridges between Delta State's rich heritage and its diverse communities around the world, creating opportunities for networking, collaboration, knowledge-sharing and collective development.
Princess Anino brings approximately 10 years of professional experience in the oil and gas industry, where she worked in Human Resources, developing valuable expertise in people management, administration and organisational development. Driven by her passion for entrepreneurship and a desire to contribute beyond the corporate environment, she ventured into agriculture and the events industry, establishing businesses that reflect her commitment to enterprise, job creation and economic development.
Her passion for youth development and empowerment has also taken her beyond Nigeria. She participated in the 2nd Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA) Conference in Malawi, further broadening her exposure to conversations and initiatives around youth development, leadership and community advancement.
Among her notable achievements is the establishment of Advanced Delta, a platform designed to connect Deltans across geographical boundaries and create a stronger sense of community, identity and collective purpose. Her work continues to promote cultural preservation, professional networking, entrepreneurship and youth empowerment, while encouraging Deltans to contribute meaningfully to the development of their communities and state.
Her leadership philosophy is rooted in service, integrity, inclusiveness, accountability and empowerment. Princess Anino believes that leadership is not merely about holding a position, but about creating opportunities, building people and leaving a positive and sustainable impact on society. She is particularly passionate about nurturing young people, preserving cultural identity and encouraging individuals to use their skills and resources for the benefit of their communities.
Looking ahead, her vision extends beyond Delta State. Princess Anino hopes to see a Delta State and Nigeria where young people are empowered, productive and equipped with meaningful opportunities, and where drug addiction and other destructive influences no longer undermine the potential of the younger generation. Through youth development, entrepreneurship, education, skills acquisition and community engagement, she is committed to contributing to a future where young Deltans can realise their potential and become positive contributors to society.
